Ronnie Wilson

Ronnie started with SERVPRO in 2007.  He came with a background of working at a prison and began part time.  Making the transition to fulltime within about a two year time frame.  In 2018 he was promoted to being the production manager.

His job entails hiring and training all production staff and following up with customers to ensure our staff is doing the best job possible.

He holds an IICRC certification in Water Remediation and also is certified in subrogation. 

He handles almost every job at some point during the process.

Keith Gwin

Keith Gwin has worked for SERVPRO since 2012.  He has went to college for HVAC and handles almost all of our duct cleanings, commercial or residential.  

He is a production crew chief and also does training with new hires.  He is one of our storm travelers when we are called to go out of town and handles most of the production on water damages.  

He is IICRC certified in water and also has gone through training through SERVPRO's training facility.  He is trained in subrogation.

He is married to wife Ashley and they have two children.  He likes to coach the oldest in baseball when given the opportunity.

Johnathon Hallock

Johnathon has been with SERVPRO since 2016.  He is a production crew leader.  He heads up crews that do carpet cleaning, water damage emergency services and mitigation as well as fire restoration and mold remediation.

Brian Anderson

Brian began with SERVPRO in September of 2020.  He has worked in production since the beginning.  He does everything from carpet cleaning, water damages, fire and mold remediation and also assists in our construction repairs side doing trim work and painting.

Johnny Lyle

Johnny began with SERVPRO in April of 2022 as a production helper.  He assists with fire damage cleaning, mold remediation as well as water damages and duct cleaning.  He is also part of our on call staff for any after hours services needed.

Ruth Hernandez

Ruth moved from up North with her mom to Live Oak and came to work for SERVPRO in August of 2022.  With several IICRC certifications in place she is leading fire damage remediation & cleaning crews, packout crews, mold remediation cleaning as well as working with other staff on water damages when needed.   She also did storm travel in  2022 when we assisted other SERVPRO franchises after a hurricane.

Catherine Carter

Catherine was born and raised in the wild and wonderful state of West Virginia. She moved to Florida in 2018 with her son. She joined our team as the office administrator in October 2023.
